These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OptiHedge, operated by OptiHedge AI Solutions FZCO. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Research Tool Only
OptiHedge provides model-based analytics, forecasts, dashboards, and market research tools. The platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Market Data and Forecasts
Market data and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Past performance, historical accuracy, and model output do not guarantee future results. Forecast bands are model-generated, volatility-adjusted estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed floors, ceilings, or trade instructions.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, renew according to the selected billing terms unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written policy.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiHedge is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made using the platform.
