Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication metadata, subscription status, and product usage events. Authentication is handled by Auth0.

Specifically, we may collect: your name and email address when you register; your country and phone number if you provide them in your profile; portfolio positions and watchlist items you add to the platform; subscription and billing status; and anonymised usage data such as which pages and features you use.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, secure accounts, provide support, process payments, improve product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to train machine learning models. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your trading or watchlist data to make our own trading decisions.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer for legal or financial compliance purposes. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment providers.

Our key sub-processors include: Auth0 (Okta) for authentication; AWS for cloud hosting and storage; and Stripe for payment processing. Each is contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are never stored — authentication is delegated to Auth0, which manages credentials using industry-standard hashing and security practices. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only. We perform regular security reviews and address vulnerability disclosures responsibly.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
